PITCH - IN       2015
Mayor Robert Corriveau challenges residents to commit to twenty
minutes on MAY 2nd, 2015 to show their concern for the environment
and their community by participating in PITCH-IN CANADA to clean
up local roads, ravines, illegal dump sites, etc.
Families/groups are asked to register by visiting us at the office,
emailing us at <admin@papineaucameron.ca > or calling us at 705-
744-5610.  Choose an area you are committing to clean on May 2nd or
at a time more convenient to you and pick up your supplies at the
Township office.  Call the Township to let us know when you have
bags along the road for us to arrange for pick up.  If you take photos,
we’d LOVE to see them!!  You just might see them posted on our
website!  Email them to the above address or drop them by the
Township office.

The office will be open on Saturday May 2nd from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
to pick up your supplies.

Each family/group will be provided with a kit consisting of:
· recyclable shopping bag
· pitch-in garbage bags
· pair of gloves
· a special participation gift

Prizes this year:   WIN one of three recycling bins
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PAPINEAU-CAMERON
is seeking an
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP
The Corporation of the Township of Papineau-Cameron is seeking an individual with outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills for a 12 month , 35 hours/week Internship position of an Administrative Assistant.

Eligibility:
• University and College graduates who have graduated within the last three years from an accredited college or university.  Candidates must be graduates of post-secondary degree or diploma programs.
• The position must provide the intern with first time employment in their field of study.
• Candidates are only eligible to participate in the internship program one time.
• Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

This position requires exceptional secretarial and receptionist skills.  The successful candidate must also possess the following qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
- Proven proficiency in computer operations.
- Business Finance experience.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proven team player.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
